Privacy policy

This website is run by the Istria Renovation team (majstor-pula.com). When you send a request through the form, by e-mail or WhatsApp, we use your name, contact details, the property location and your message only to answer you and to prepare an estimate. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Form messages are delivered to our e-mail inbox and kept as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting work, or as required by law.

This website does not use advertising cookies. Fonts are served from our own server.

We count visits anonymously, without cookies, using our own statistics server (Umami). No personal profile is created.

If you allow statistics, we also use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) to see which pages are visited. It sets cookies and is loaded only after your consent; you can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page.

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it: info@istriarenovation.com.
